Derty Den Interview

1- Where you from? And how did your name Derty Den come about?

Derty Den Response:
I’m from Enfield, N.C. the 252 and I actually got my name from the old heads in the hood cuz’ I used to curse a lot when I was younger...lol

2- Outsiders from the region can’t exactly pin point what sound and artist from NC should sound like? If you were to build a NC rapper from artists from other states what combination of artist would you create to represent the prototype of an NC artist?

Derty Den Response:
That's easy its everywhere balled into one, meaning the sound of NC music is how and where you grew up. And honestly everybody from everywhere has roots in Carolina. You can hear all types of music in the Carolina’s because it’s all types of people out here.
